[QLF] "It should be a good race for us!"
says sebastian after qualifying...
Sebastian Vettel - 2nd: "That was good today. I had a pretty difficult start to the weekend and was struggling with the balance of the car in yesterday's practice, but overnight we made a good step forward and it's now looking good for the race. However, the challenge, no matter if you are first, second or third, is the threat from the cars behind us that are equipped with KERS, as there's quite a run down to Turn one here. Today's qualifying was a bit 'on the edge', first there were yellow flags and then I got caught in traffic on the second timed lap, so it wasn't ideal. I was confident in the last qualifying though and we've got a good result. Let's see tomorrow, it should be a good race for us."

07.25: Vettel wary of KERS-equipped cars
mclarens coming right behind red bull cars...
Sebastian Vettel says he is wary of the KERS-equipped cars at tomorrow's Hungarian Grand Prix after qualifying on the front row on Saturday.

The Red Bull driver will start from second position behind Fernando Alonso, but will have the McLarens of Lewis Hamilton and Heikki Kovalainen in fourth and sixth.

Both cars are equipped with KERS, which has proved to be a big advantage at the starts, and it is likely to be even more tomorrow on a track where overtaking is virtually impossible.

"It was a pretty difficult start to the weekend but yesterday we were struggling with the set-up," said Vettel. "Overnight we did a good step, so it should be good tomorrow but for sure the biggest challenge is the threat from cars behind with KERS.

"The KERS cars are somewhere there, it is a question of where they will pass, left or right, down into Turn One. We will see tomorrow."

"We have seen the last couple of races that it was a not a disadvantage," he added. "Rubens was able to nearly pass Mark but for sure, the advantage is the clear side but I don't think it is massive around here."

[FPs] "A hot, hot friday!", says Sebastian
noticing competition will be harder...
Vettel finished down in sixth position today after struggling with his car's balance, and the German reckons the competition will be tougher this weekend.

"A hot, hot Friday, obviously the sun is out in Hungary, which makes it hot in the car, but it's okay," said Vettel. "Overall I think we are still struggling to find the balance - I'm not yet 100% happy, so we need to look into it carefully overnight to see where we are.

"Hopefully we can make a step forward tomorrow and then it will be all about qualifying as usual.

"I think it's much closer here than at previous races, other teams are very competitive, so we will see!"
